Ginger

Age: 10 years

Ginger came to BBHR very well-loved (lots of treats!), so she is working on getting a bit more svelte. She is about 10 years old, spayed, current on vaccines, and is on heartworm and flea meds.

She enjoys short walks – she gets excited, so she has to be reminded not to pull. She adores all people. She is good with other dogs. She gets confused sometimes when trying to play, so she seems to be grouchy but really isn’t. She likes the cats and is friendly to them. She’s potty trained, can be trusted loose in the house when you are out, and is happy to go on car rides. Ginger doesn’t bark often but she snores loudly! She loves her bed and her toys. She’s happy going places or just sitting with you. A belly rub and/or petting, ear scratches, etc., wouldn’t be turned down.

Ginger will be ready for a loving home once she loses a tad bit more weight!
